UK AP runs seven self-catering homes across Derry city and Donegal's Inishowen Peninsula. Stay in the city, a short walk from the historic Walled City, or head out to Buncrana and Burnfoot for views over Lough Swilly and private hot-tub areas you can add to your stay. Families, groups of friends or teams working away: every home comes with fresh linen, towels, Wi-Fi, free parking and self check-in. Book direct on this website for our best rates, around 10% less than Airbnb and Booking.com.
Committed to providing top-tier amenities, UKAP goes above and beyond to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Recently, the company installed outdoor cameras that monitor the parking areas and the front and back entrances, offering additional peace of mind. Furthermore, to enhance security, all lock system device codes are changed after each stay.
Founded in April 2019 by Justin and Darren, UKAP benefits from their vast expertise in the property market. With a strong background in construction, they ensure that all properties meet strict building regulations and fire safety standards. This experience also allows them to efficiently manage the design and development of each property.
Airbnb Superhost for 5 years, with 1,600+ guest reviews averaging 4.8 out of 5 across our seven homes in Derry and Inishowen, and rated 9.2/10 on Booking.com (800+ reviews).
